Dear Interested Parties,

Greystoke Consulting, Inc. is keenly aware of the COVID-19, a coronavirus declared by the World Health Organization a "public health emergency of international concern."  Presently, there has been no adverse impact to Greystoke as a result of the virus, though the financial markets have seen a dramatic increase in volatility.

Greystoke maintains a formal Business Continuity Plan that addresses many critical areas of preparedness: identifying key personnel and their roles with respect to services and operations; establishing a primary point of contact for each client; ensuring the adequacy of resources and the cross-training of staff in key areas; and having the ability for essential personnel to work remotely, even for a prolonged period.

Greystoke is confident in its ability to maintain existing service levels and general operations if confronted with the virus.  We take seriously the health and well-being of our employees and will continue to provide them recommended health and safety best practices published by trusted sources.  Also in an abundance of caution, we ask that should you need to contact us, please use our published email address or telephone numbers in lieu of a personal visit to the office.

We will continue to monitor the status and progress of this outbreak and will provide updates to you as appropriate.  Stay healthy!

April 3, 2020 Update:

The Governor's stay-in-place order went into effect this morning at 12:01 am.  While we consider ourselves an essential financial services business, we are taking this opportunity to balance the need for maintaining existing service levels with our desire to protect our employees and the general population as a whole.

Until further notice, we will maintain reduced staffing in the office between the hours of 9:30 am to 2:00 pm, Monday through Friday.  We continue to ask that you conduct your business with us over the phone or by email, as opposed to visiting the office in person.  Should you encounter a situation where we are not available to assist you, Schwab stands ready to help by simply calling Schwab Alliance at 1-800-515-2157.  If the issue is not time sensitive, leave a telephone message or send an email and we'll be able to help the following day when the office reopens.

We appreciate your understanding and look forward to serving you!
